Lactose-Free YOGURT
Triple “A” Cheese is happy to introduce “Lactose-free yogurt”, a dairy product designed for individuals who are lactose intolerant. Lactose-free yogurt is made using the same yogurt-making process as regular yogurt but with a key difference: the lactose in the milk is pre-digested, typically through the addition of lactase enzyme. So, if you’re lactose intolerant and enjoy yogurt, lactose-free yogurt can be a great option to continue enjoying the taste and benefits of yogurt without discomfort.
